Russian father and mother Teresa-Putin, in his latest interview, reminded Russian citizens of military war in Chechnya. According to Dictator, the North Caucasus is full of rebels and Chechnya is the base for all of them. As he likes to do, Putin again turned the attention from political crisis in Russia towards so-called "anti-terrorist" war. As the best of examples showing Chechen threat against Russian citizens he said: "remember what Hattab stated - 'Russia is weak as never! Today, we have unique chance to take away North Caucasus from Russia.'" What is interesting here is that even dead Hattab and Basayev are sending fear into Dictator's heart. And Putin knows perfectly where he is going to be if he loses presidential place during next elections. Yes, that is correct - he will end up before justice for all he has done in Chechnya, Ingushetia, Dagestan, North Ossetia, Cherkessia and in the rest of North Caucasus.
